Terms & Conditions
1. Tuition and Financial Agreement
By enrolling in the Apostolic School of Ministry (“ASM”), the Student acknowledges that the total program tuition of $3,588 is due in full and shall be paid according to the financing agreement executed through Denefits. The Student affirms that this tuition represents the full cost of the ASM program, including all instructional content, digital resources, mentorship sessions, and certification materials.
2. Non-Refundable Tuition Policy
All tuition payments, whether paid upfront or financed, are non-refundable. Once program access has been granted, the Student waives any right to cancel, dispute, or seek reimbursement for tuition payments. Program access constitutes full delivery of the educational product for refund-policy purposes.
3. Payment Responsibility
The Student agrees to make all scheduled payments in accordance with the Denefits financing agreement. Failure to remit payments on time may result in late fees, suspension of program access, and/or collection actions as outlined by Denefits. The owed balance remains enforceable regardless of program participation or completion status.
4. Collections and Delinquency
In the event of missed or delinquent payments, the Student understands that Denefits may initiate collection procedures. These may include, but are not limited to: late fees, account escalation, contract enforcement, external collections, and reporting of negative payment behavior to applicable databases. ASM is not responsible for collection actions taken by Denefits.
5. Program Access and Continuity
Access to the ASM online curriculum, digital materials, mentorship sessions, and certification components is contingent upon the Student maintaining an active and current payment status. ASM reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke program access for accounts that fall into delinquency.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
ASM provides ministry training, educational resources, and mentorship; however, the Student acknowledges that ASM does not guarantee ministerial placement, licensing, ordination, employment, or any specific personal or spiritual outcome. The Student is solely responsible for application of the training provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, digital downloads, mentorship content, forms, outlines, and instructional materials are the intellectual property of ASM. The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, or repurpose ASM content without express written permission.
8. Program Modifications
ASM reserves the right to modify, enhance, or update program content, structure, schedule, or delivery methods at any time to improve the educational experience. Such modifications do not alter the Student’s financial obligations.
9. No Transfer of Enrollment
The Student’s enrollment and tuition agreement are non-transferable. The Student may not assign or transfer their program access or financial obligations to another individual without written approval from ASM.
10. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By signing the financing agreement through Denefits and enrolling in ASM, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Student affirms that they are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of their financial responsibilities.
